Pioneers of electronic music, Kraftwerk 2023 have a massive world tour which includes shows in New Zealand and Australia. The German group have been experimenting and innovating in electronic music since the 1970’s which morphed into a self described Robot Pop style of music. Their music has also influenced modern day music in many genres. The Rock n Roll Hall inductees begin the tour with a couple of dates in New Zealand at the end of November to the start of December. Then they hit Aussie shores December 4 with a show in Meanjin/Brisbane. Eora/Sydney, Naarm/Melbourne, Kaurna/Adelaide, and Boorloo/Perth will also get a show, with an appearance at Meredith Music Festival also locked in.
Tickets are on sale for Frontier Touring members from July 17 11am, and general public on July 19 from 1oam local time (NZ tix 11am local time). Ticket prices are between $100 and $200 plus fees of around ten bucks.
