Pearl Jam ‘Dark Matter’ World Tour 2024 is hitting Australia and New Zealand, their first tour since 2014’s Big Day Out. The tour starts in Auckland on November 8th, then moves to Gold Coast on November 13th, Melbourne on November 16th, and wraps up in Sydney on November 23rd. They’ll be joined by Pixies for all dates. Their twelfth studio album, ‘Dark Matter,’ drops on April 19th, followed by a 35-date global tour in May. The band recorded the album at Rick Rubin’s Shangri-La Studios in Malibu with producer Andrew Watt. Eddie Vedder described the recording as a meaningful experience, with the band still striving to create their best work after three decades.
