This comes nearly a decade after their last shows, marking a much-anticipated return for fans who hold Roxette’s music close to their hearts.
The tour carries a special weight. In 2020, the music world mourned the passing of Marie Fredriksson, Roxette’s other half. Despite this heartbreaking loss, the band’s legacy of infectious pop anthems continues to resonate with audiences worldwide.
Australian fans have a long history of embracing Roxette. The band achieved four Top 3 albums here, with iconic tracks like “The Look,” “It Must Have Been Love,” and “Joyride” topping the charts.
In 2025, Per Gessle, the creative force behind Roxette’s hits, will reunite with the band to perform these classics live once again. Joining them on stage will be the Swedish songstress Lena Philipsson, promising a powerful and electrifying live experience.
