New music playlist in the Vol 2 #11 Mad Monday Mixtape with music released over the past week or two. However, there may be a couple of older tracks that are not in previous mixtapes. This includes the last track over a decade old but used in a sample from one of the Laneway Festival 2024 lineup. We will release a laneway 2024 mixtape next week.
There is music from many genres including electronic music, hip hop, soul, RnB, afrobeats. Australian music, and a little rock. This weeks mixtape released 4 September 2023 has many artists from around the world including Australia and New Zealand. Some really good music videos, some ok, and also some audio and visualisations. All good new music.
Artists in Vol 2 #11 Include
This week’s new music mixtape starts off with some electronic dance music, then hip hop. That is followed by some rock, pop, rnb, soul and afrobeats. It finishes with peace live and live music. The last track is over a decade old. However, it was sampled more recently which is featured in the upcoming Laneway Festival 2024 mixtape out next week. Albums to check this week is Jon Batiste, and ZHU new releases (not an album).

The first track is some electronic music Koala is by Galantis which inspired the video below we made. Then the release of the music video of Becky Hill and Chase & Status Disconnect. Next, it’s some Feminine Energy by Cobrah, Marshmello and Dove Cameron do a remix of the original track Flight Facilities did back in the day. One True God show us Heaven, ZHU who has a few releases this week. Two Colors remix of venbee and Rudimental track, Robin Shultz remix of Meduza Phone. Frost Children, John Batiste who has released and excellent album this week. Armin Van Buuren new release, Alison Wonderland, Pendulum with bit of a metalcore dance track. Youngr with his sample loop style music, and heaps more.
Hip hop releases this week include Mick Jenkins, Chinx, Busta Rhymes and Coi Loray collab, Tunde. A mashup by New York Finest featuring Method Man, Nas and Jadakiss. Dababy does a freestyle, Coyote and Basketball legend Shaquille O’Neil team up for some absolute fire. Fekky, Slug, LA Tone, A-Wax, 22nd Jim & Blueface Ray, GloRilla, DD Osama, BIA, Tkay Maidza. Chinese Kitty, Nasty C with Benny the Butcher, Lil Bean, Bnice3z.
